Baby steps to Happpiness

Hi folks. Today I am going to tell you some baby steps for getting happiness. Before you start reading further, just recall when was the last time you were happy. Now if you have recalled then you must have recalled the reason of your happiness as well.  The reason may be anything- may be its quite big and or may be its a small reason. And if you want to be happy on a daily basis then let me tell you, it's quite simple. But wait- it has been said in order to be happy one needs to work hard. So, how's it easy?
Okay I am gonna tell you this.

The first step: Bid ADIEU to negative things in your life.
 But how? Very simple. Just don't pay attention to toxic and negative thoughts. The one who pays heed to negativity is the one who lacks positivity. When you don't have positivity in your life, it becomes very difficult for you to find happiness. Just ignore false and negative statements. Focus on good sayings.

The second step: Do not let yourself get affected by what other says.
 You see humans have got a mouth to speak. Some use it for saying good and relevant things. The other use it for demoralizing us. So it depends on you, who do you give an ear. What people say and think about us is really of no use. What you think about yourself is much more important. If you think you are beautiful, then the beautiful you are. If you think you are strong then, the strong you are. And when you don't care about people say you will  actually feel fantastic.

The third step: Always trust yourself. Never compare yourself with others.
 When you trust yourself then you are never alone. Because then you have the world's strongest weapon and that's called Will Power. And luckily nobody can measure the strength of your will power. Moreover it will never leave you alone and it keeps growing day by day.
When you compare yourself to others, you do the sillliest thing. The reason is, you are the only piece of YOU. So how can somebody be comparable to you. What you can do, others can't do that.

The fourth step: Love yourself.
 Yes you read right. Because you are the only person like you. Unless you don't accept your flaws and weakness, you can't be happy in yourself. One should be confident in their own skin. The reason to love yourself is- you have this one single life only. Therefore live life at it's fullest and love your life. Moreover there's a good thing about it- you will never ditch yourself. Do what makes you feel good. Stand in front of the mirror and give yourself a beautiful compliment. Smile and say you are the person with most beautiful heart. And see the magic.

The fifth step: Start each day with a good and positive thoughts.
 This is very important for a good  day start. When you fill yourself with good vibes then you get happiness automatically. One should be always a self-motivating one.

                                       So, these were the tried  and tested baby steps towards happiness. Do give them a true try. Try to find happiness in small things. Never expect much. It's quite necessary to keep the child in you alive. Being happy is not so difficult my friend.
